CONDITIONAL WARRANTY LIMITS

1.  RETURNS: Only authorized returns are accepted and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If a part has been disassembled for any reason, absolutely no return will be accepted and all warrants are void. No warranties on Commercial Vehicles unless prior arrangements have been made. Any agreed warranty must be in writing by Central Truxx with mileage recorded at time of sale on your original invoice. Absolutely no verbal warranty will be honoured. COD FREIGHT CHARGES WILL BE REFUSED.

CORE RETURNS: Exchange parts must be turned in at the time of purchase or a refundable Core Charge will be made. All cores must be freight prepaid, fluids drained, fully assembled and returned with 30 days. Must have core tag, and copy of your original invoice; or no credit will be issued. It is your responsibility to return the core, not ours. Allow 30 days for core credits. Core credits are subject to our inspection and may be refused. Allow 30 days for Credit Card Refunds. We will not accept C.O.D returns. Heat Tabs must be in place. Freight, Shipping and Handling are not warranty. Remember that these are used parts. All parts are tested. We do not guarantee authenticity, year, or KMS as many parts are interchangeable from year to year or may not be OEM. We reserve the right to replace the part or credit the sale price (which does not mean cash refund).

2.  The seller, CENTRAL TRUXX, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and CENTRAL TRUXX neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume on its behalf any liability in connection with the sale of these parts. We are not responsible for any indirect of consequential loss caused from installation, removal, repair, replacement, or use of this merchandise. This guarantee covers replacement or repair at the option of the seller. It does not cover any other expenses such as towing, emergency road service, lodging or related expenses. This warranty is honoured at CENTRAL TRUXX only, or at a location authorized in writing by CENTRAL TRUXX . Obvious Abuse, including operating the assembly when low on lubricant or coolant violates the warranty. ONLY AUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED, and ALL RETURNS AND CANCELLED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE, PLUS ALL APPLICABLE FREIGHT AND HANDLING CHARGES. Southern parts deposits are only refunded when the part has not been located after 60 days from the time the deposit was made.

3.   CENTRAL TRUXX warrants all used auto parts on a 90 Day replacement basis only, unless otherwise specified. Date of purchase shown on your sales slip of the ORIGINAL PART is the start of the 90 day warranty. Any part replaced under this warranty will be covered for the balance of the original warranty period. Parts which are special ordered from other sources will carry the warranty of that supplier, and CENTRAL TRUXX assumes no liability with respect thereto. All used radiators and heaters are guarantee not to leak at the time of purchase and operate effectively for a period of 90 days. Batteries are guaranteed to hold a charge. Carburetors and fuel injection components are NOT warranted.

4.   ENGINE WARRANTY covers the "long block" only. Engine Accessories such as the carburetor, throttle body, distributor, water pump, and exhaust manifolds, which may have been left on the engine for customer convenience only, are not covered under the warranty. Seals, frost plugs, and gaskets MUST be checked prior to installation. The radiator should also be inspected. Failure to install new rear main seal and timing belt will void warranty. All engines are equipped with a heat tab. If the engine is overheated and the center melts out, the warranty is void.

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS are guaranteed functional assemblies. Front and rear seals, pan gasket and filter kit must be replaced prior to installation. No warranty on gaskets or seals. ALL transmissions are to be installed by a certified Transmission Mechanic, otherwise ALL warranties are void. Please ask about converter alignment to prevent damage to the front pump.

5.   Components must be installed by licensed technicians. Improper installations are the Customer's expense, NOT the Seller's expense.

6.   Mis-Ordered, Mis-Diagnosed, or Non-Defective parts returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee IF they are accepted for return by CENTRAL TRUXX. Parts which are deemed at the time of sale to have been defective will be replaced under warranty. Warranty is limited to replacement, repair or credit at the option of the Seller. NO CASH REFUNDS. Any warranty shall be void if the part or parts returned are not marked, or have been used for any purpose not intended by the manufacturer, improperly installed or maintained, disassembled or damaged, overheated, or used in high performance and/or off-road use or in Commercial Vehicles. Labour charges and freight charges are not refundable. Body Sections cut to order are non-returnable. Any returned parts must be accompanied by your sales invoice. There are no returns after 10 days.

8.   THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS. There is a replacement warranty only on DEFECTIVE PARTS, and is subject to 10 days from date of purchase. Electrical parts are not guaranteed to solve your electrical problem and we accept no responsibility for improper installation or diagnosis.

9.   USED AIR BAGS are sold as Cores only, "NO WARRARTY", "NO LIABILITY".
